This is a heavy documentary to watch, but one that manages to draw, somehow, a very honest picture of a rare and nearly unfathomable practice. I find it difficult to pick a side in the argument, and maybe even in bad taste to do so, for how can we measure up to someone else’s will in the face of personal circumstances we can never fully understand? Makes me thankful for my own youth, health and the well-being of all my friend and loved ones.
